On Saturday, Feb. 9 at 9 am, girls in grades 3-8 are invited to explore STEM fields through hands-on activities, be able to ask challenging questions of STEM professionals, and have interesting discussions in workshops that will get them thinking about all the awesome things to do when they grow up!

Kids in grades Kdg - 4th are invited to Snow Day - an Artic Adventure at Waterville Community Church on President's Day - Monday, February 18th (8:30  a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)

AWLS & AWAKE are presenting Parenting in a Digital Age at Monclova Primary School on Tuesday,  January 29th at 6:30 p.m.    Childcare will be provided.

Come attend 2 clinics with the Anthony Wayne High School Cheerleading Squad and get to perform at the Home Basketball Game on 2/16/19 (Saturday)

The Waterville Library will be hosting a Rock Art Program for grades 4-12 on Saturday, January 26th at 2 p.m.  Tweens and teens will create their own painted art on rocks.  Registration is requested.  Register at the library 800 Michigan Avenue, call (419) 878-3055, or visit www.toledolibrary.org.

The School of Art at Bowling Green State University is proud to offer youth art classes each semester for students in kindergarten – 12th grade. Young people will develop their creative abilities, increase their artistic skills and learn about art of the past and present. All classes involve hands-on participation in 2D a & 3D projects.

Classes meet for 10 Saturdays each semester from 10:00-11:30am.  For Spring semester of 2019, classes will be meeting February 23–May 11.  (no classes March 23rd or April 20th)

Camp Invention will be held on June 10 - 14 for kids entering grades 1- 4.  Save by registering early.

Friday, February 1st beginning at 5:00 p.m. Penta Career Center and various community partners will have interactive STEm displays.

From Figure Skating and Youth Hockey to simply learning the basics for the first time, there is a program designed for you. Programming transitions from basic instruction to joining local organizations focused on developing the ice sport of your choice.

Evolving Minds Youth Center at the The First Presbyterian Church of Waterville located at 611 Farnsworth Road is offering FREE TUTORING on Wednesday evenings beginning November 7th Weekly sessions run from 5pm ~ 6pm

Tutors are current and retired teachers, as well as select Anthony Wayne High School students. A certified teacher will be on site during the sessions to plan and monitor the tutoring.

Anthony Wayne Community Food Ministry serves the Anthony Wayne Community.  The Food Pantry is on the Second and Fourth Tuesday of every month from 4 -6 p.m. at the Waterville Community Church on Dutch Road.  There is a website with more information at www.awcfm.com.

The Future Falcon Kids Club is the official BGSU Athletic fan club for kids 12 and under.

There are many programs available to Ohio customers who are having difficulty paying their electric utility bills. Please review the programs in this brochure to see if they may help you or someone you know.

The Lil’ Timbers Kids Club meets the first Saturday of every month from 11am-12pm. Different locations and activities vary each month depending on the season and tenant involvement. The event is complimentary and open to the public. No age restrictions.
