Forms should be submitted electronically as an attachment to an email, directed to superintendent@anthonywayneschools.org

Each flyer must include:  Contact Name, Email and Phone Number.

Please be sure to include the desired date of posting and the date that the event ends.

Please supply a brief description/title of your flyer which includes the following information: Who, What, When, Where and Why for your event.

Flyers may be submitted any time but will ONLY be posted once a week.  In order for us to help you promote your event, please plan accordingly.

Requests to building personnel will be directed to the central office for consideration of approval.   ALL flyers must be pre-approved by the superintendent.

When: 7 to 8:30 Tuesday’s and Thursday’s

Starting Tuesday, September 12, 14 (Thur), 19, 21(Thur), 26 & 28(Thur),
October 3, 5(Thur), 10, 12(Thur), 17, 19(Thur), 24 & 26(Thur)

When: 5:30 to 7 PM Monday’s and Thursday’s

Starting Thursday, September 7, 11, 14, 18, 21, 25, & 28
October 2, 5, 9, 12, 16, 19 & Ends Monday 23rd

Registration Dates - August 14, 2017 online or in person on August 23 and August 24 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Fall Swim Team Sept 6th– March 18th

Team Members must be have a current YMCA Family Membership

Team Age from 5 to 18 years of age.
Minimum requirements able to swim 50 meters of the pool

Auditions will be held on Tuesday, September 12 from 6:00-7:30 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church, 200 East Broadway, Maumee. Be prepared to sing a song, learn a simple dance and read from a script.
CINDERELLA   
Practices will be on Tuesdays from 6:15-7:45 p.m. - Starts September 19
Grades 3-6     

Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs Theatre Troupe Grades 5-8
Practices will be on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6:30-8:00 p.m.  Starts September 19

Animals in Cinderella and Snow White are for K-2 and NO audition required 
Sign up by September 18 - Rehearsals are Tuesdays from 5:30-6:15 starting September 19

Parents Night Out will be held on Friday, August 18th from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. at the AW COmmunity YMCA
Drinks, Pizza, Inflatable Fun and Fun Themed Sports for children ages 3 - 12

The Waterville Rotary in cooperation with the City of Waterville are hosting a Family Fun & Fishing Derby at Waterworks Park on Saturday, September 16th from 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

AW Community YMCA - FALL 2017 Cross Country
Grades K-6
Anthony Wayne Community YMCA Cross Country is a co-ed program for children in KDG-6th grade. Children will compete within their age groups (K-1,2-3,4- 5 and 6). The program places a strong emphasis on fun, fair play, equal participation and learning the fundamentals of running.   Registration deadline is August 14th

Schedule of events for 8/28/17 - 10/22/17

This program is designed to develop individual skills in a fun and encouraging environment.  Receive quality coaching from Toledo Villa FC players as well as local college, high school and club coaches.

The Lil’ Timbers Kids Club meets the first Saturday of every month from 11am-12pm. Different locations and activities vary each month depending on the season and tenant involvement. The event is complimentary and open to the public. No age restrictions.
