2017-18 BACK TO SCHOOL INFORMATION
We are excited to announce the online Back to School Form! This replaces the paper forms used in previous years. No paper packets will be sent home with students; all important information is posted on the Anthony Wayne website or included in the online Back to School form. Submission of the online form is required before a student may attend school each fall.
Beginning July 10, 2017, the online Back-to-School Form will be available for the upcoming school year through your PowerSchool Parent Portal account. If you have not yet created your Parent Portal account or have forgotten your login information, contact your student's school. When school is not in session, parents may contact the Anthony Wayne Administration Office at 419-877-5377 for this information.

To order your child's school photos online, go to www.mylifetouch.com. You can choose from several different looks and backgrounds to design your package. After your order is placed online, print the receipt and and take it to the photographer on Registration/Picture Day at your child's school. Each school has a unique Picture Day ID, and it is crucial that you use the correct code for your school. The ID for each school is listed below. Order forms and envelopes will be available on Registration/Picture Day if you prefer to pay by cash or check on that day.
